1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website ethosmentor.info and all services provided by ethosmentor, located at Stauffacherstrasse 65, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

ethosmentor delivers values-based spiritual growth programs for businessmen, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and guided retreats designed to foster personal development and align professional goals with core values.

3. Information Products

We offer digital courses, video tutorials, and written materials accessible online to support ongoing growth. Access rights are granted upon full settlement of the applicable fees.

4. Goods

Physical items such as workbooks, journals, and branded merchandise are offered through our online store and shipped to the address you provide.

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the site and include any mandatory taxes. You agree to pay all applicable charges for the services, information products, or goods you purchase.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a full refund if cancellation occurs at least seven days before the scheduled start date. Requests made less than seven days prior are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled free of charge (see Section 7). Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within ten business days after approval.

6.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital course or downloadable content, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the material has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days.

6.3 Goods

Defective or unused items may be returned within thirty days of delivery. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and, if approved, issue a refund within ten business days.

7. Service Rescheduling

You may reschedule coaching sessions or workshops up to forty-eight hours before the appointment at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made less than forty-eight hours in advance may incur a fee or be considered a session cancellation.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain intensive retreats and limited-seat events require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking due to commitments with venues and facilitators. These deposits secure your spot and, while non-refundable, can be transferred to another individual or applied as a credit toward future programs within six months of the original event date.
